$$

Ramona: Caesar salad, 8 oz. filet, baked potato with butter, cheese, and sour cream, iced tea

Jim: Caesar salad, 12 oz. filet, baked potato with butter, cheese, and sour cream, iced tea

Our favorite dish at LBS was the catfish, but on the recommendation of a faithful reader -- SisterSue -- we tried the steaks. They were good, both our filets were tender and exactly medium rare, our preferred temperature.

SisterSue recognized us, and joined us for the meal. We had a nice time trading dining stories and we got a couple of hints about restaurants we had not heard of in Waco.

The 30th reunion of Waco High was gathering as we were eating, and they were a rowdy crowd, but they sure were having a lot of fun.
