Ramona: Egg drop soup, Lemon chicken, fried rice, iced tea
Jim: Won Ton soup, egg roll, Happy Family (Shrimp, scallops, chicken, beef, roast pork, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, broccoli, baby corn, carrots), steamed rice, iced tea
We both had long days at work, and neither of us felt like cooking, so where better than Cathy House. As always, it was quiet (no more than two other tables occupied) and delicious food. Ramona brought home half of her dish for lunch on Wednesday. I was starved, but not after finishing one of my favorite dishes.
