Ramona: A roasted half of chicken served with garlic creamed potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables (green beans, zuchinni, squash) and a rosemary-Chardonnay sauce, iced tea

Jim: Panéed Chicken Bercy Pan-fried Parmesan and herb breaded chicken breast, topped with artichoke hearts, portobello mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes. Served with andouille grits and a roasted shallot white wine sauce, garlic mashed potatoes with bacon, asparagus, iced tea

Shared: Bananas Foster!!

This was a really special dinner in an authentic New Orleans style building with balconies, and faux New Orleans lace iron works. I wanted to stand in the court and shout, "STELLA!" Ramona said no. We were guests of a vendor at the conference and the company and conversation was every bit as good as the food.

My chicken was really special and a generous portion. The meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned to my taste. Ramona's chicken was also large and juicy. The vegetables were uniformly delicious.

Dessert. Well, what can we say, it is our favorite dessert and this was prepared at table side. It was delicious. Not a spot of banana, ice cream, sauce, or foster was left over.
