Ramona: Tuna melt on sourdough, French fries, diet Coke

Jim: Turkey sandwich on sourdough, French fries, iced tea

We walked for MILES from our hotel in search of a restaurant we thought was only a few blocks away, but gave up after an hour and a half and went into the first restaurant we saw. The place was a half hour from closing until dinner, but they served us. The first waiter did not speak any English, so the maitre d' came and took our order.

The sandwiches were okay, but the fries were lame. You know, those frozen, processed kind that are almost white. UGH!

Any port in a storm with sore feet.
