Recently, we have lost a couple of dining spots in Waco -- Beatnix's, Smokey Bones, Rib Crib, Vito's (to name a few), and rumors have been swirling around about another of our favorites: El Siete Mares.
An article in today's Waco Tribune-Herald squashes those rumors, but they do note the economy has hurt this fine Mexican seafood house. ESM is a unique restaurant in Waco, and we urge our readers to support them as often as possible to help keep them open.
Next weekend, we have a museum trip planned to Dallas, but the first opportunity after that, we will pay a return visit.
